What order?

Ok, I don't have a "routine" I just have a handful of products that I actually use (and way too many that I don't use 😅). But the thing is, I don't ever know what time of day or order to use these in (other than the sunscreen), so could someone put these in order and time of day for me. 😅

I've been using this combo for about 7 months now and have seen a huge improvement in my skin, but I feel like I'm not maximizing their benefits because I use them at random times in random orders.

Not pictured out of embarrassment: I wash my face with dove bar soap 🤦‍♀️😅

I am 43 and trying to fight off peri's effects on my skin and have spent years healing cystic acne scars. I also have a red light panel I use 4x a week.

First pic is skin in direct sun, second is products. Yes I use the estradiol on my face. My skin has plumped up since using it.

Thank you!!

No one cares, right?

I am comfortable swimming for fun, but haven't ever tried to do any strokes correctly. But I've made myself a goal to start swimming laps because I've exhausted one of my knees capacity for distance running😅 and would like a replacement endurance exercise.

So, last week and this week I spent 1 hour with a kickboard in the pool 4x a week. I am loving how my legs feel (tired😅), my knee is happy and my mind mostly clears similar to long runs.

But is it weird to just do kick workouts? I am going to get instruction/lessons starting next month, but I will keep up the kicking for now. I just keep wondering if it's weird/noticeable for someone to only do a kickboard workout. (I shouldn't care what anyone thinks and it won't keep me from doing it and yet....I still wonder. )

Related note: We always have plenty of open lanes/I stay very aware of etiquette around ensuring my workouts don't impede anyone else.

Summer blanket for hot sleepers?

My husband sleeps super hot and we don't have AC. I need a blanket to sleep, so I am trying to figure out a summer solution. We currently already have a thin cotton coverlet type quilt marketed for summer, but it's already hot for him.

What are you hot sleepers using during summer? Links would be helpful. Thank you!

My 18 year is having a septoplasty and turbinate reduction. So I am looking for advice on recovery supplies and ways to prep for the surgery.

What helped you during recovery? What should we expect for recovery? What sort of food are comfortable to eat afterwards?

He is a lifeguard, what is an estimate on when he could possibly return to work? (We asked his doc this and she just responded he will be in the hospital for 3-4 nights, so not super helpful as far as how long he should take off work. And I know that a longer hospital stay than in the States but we are not there currently and longer stays are the norm here.)

There is a language barrier between ourselves and his doctor as we are not currently in our home country. So anything you can pass along will be helpful. Thanks!
