Just washed car after months, still small layers of dirt/dust after it dries, is there a good spray/buffer?
Not using anything fancy to wash: I have a small pressure washer from Harbor Freight, used Meguiars soap inside of a foam cannon, rinsed off, then grabbed sponge/soapy bucket and hand washed, sprayed off again. So after soaking in foam AND getting the sponge treatment, still have this going on.
So I dont have to bust out all of the equipment again, is there a buffing spray or something, or do I need to bust out more serious stuff on the initial washing phase? Washed it last probably in Feb or Mar this year.
[Follow up June 9th] I used the OMMA in-person license assistance today
So that was last Thursday I went in person, today my license arrived in the mail with the new photo and everything. So that was 2 business days, seems like in the past my photo would get rejected after 14 days, so the 2nd photo was approved but had to wait another 14 days.
So heads up if someones license expires soon - in person might be the quickest way to go!
I used the OMMA in-person license assistance today
So I saw the email come through that they were testing a pilot program of being able to walk in and get assistance with licensing. Had to make an appointment but they had lots of times. As my license already expired, I thought this might be a way to expedite. Here's my thoughts incase anyone wants to do this:
Pros:
Was immediately seen. My photo normally gets rejected the first time (though the 2nd damn-near-similar photo gets accepted) so they took it themselves with a webcam. They approved the application on site and I got an email within seconds to buy items until the card arrives by mail.
Cons:
Theres only "betting windows" and are sealed up, so when she asked for password and credit card info, I had to write it down then pass it through the paper thin tray, DID NOT LIKE THAT. Was kinda noisy so made it hard to hear.
Anyways, incase anyone would like to, seems efficient but they need a computer with a 2nd monitor and your own keyboard/mouse so you can type your own stuff in.
