Recieved certified mail "Your being sued" 😞 from LVNV for $975. Thoughts on best action moving forward
I get it , its my fault honestly I coulda been set up a payment plan with them but I simply kept forgetting to get back to them. The total amount owed is 975. The court date is 3 weeks away but honestly I can put a nice chunk towards it n set up repayment with them if they allow it. Im at work and gonna read the letter more thoroughly once I get home but should I reach out to LVNV? Or should I reach out to their lawyer to see if I can set up a payment plan to avoid having to waste a day n go to court.
