should i end my blast early?

hey guys,

i'll keep this short - I've been blasting 500mg testosterone for a month now, I am a TRT user otherwise (won't need PCT). I have ALWAYS struggled with low ferritin, but now it is 17ng/mL.

Should end my blast early and follow the Vorck method? not really sure how to go about fixing this. In the past when I followed Vorck, I got my ferritin up to about 62 for a week, but it just plummeted right back down.

bulk, maintain, or cut… and a question about bulking

Hey guys,

posting these here cause I can’t get my posts up in the other fitness subreddits lol.

I’m 27m, 5’10” 178lb. I eat about 3700 calories each day and am still slowly dropping weight. I lift pretty intensely with a ULPPL split and 20 min of zone 2 cardio daily. On those 5 days, I burn 800-1200 calories each lift. training chest has been difficult recently due to a herniated disc in my cervical spine.

I eat all unprocessed food and cook at home. Macros are typically protein and carb dominant - usually 250g+ protein and 450g+ carb with 75g of fat on average. Lots of chicken + lean ground beef as protein sources and avocado / high polyphenol olive oil as fat sources.

I’ve had my RMR tested and it is 1950cal. Please see attached photo - should I even be trying to bulk? I am STRUGGLING to get those calories in when I’m eating so clean.

Please reference the attached photo to see where I’m at - appreciate any insight (and eager to learn which subreddit might be best suited for this question)!

maintain or go for more size > cut?

I don’t eat any processed food or sugar. I home-cook and eat about 3700 calories every day - very carb and protein dominant. Intense ULPPL split with 20 minutes of zone 2 cardio after each session. During these lifts I burn anywhere from 800-1200 calories.

I currently have a herniated disc that makes training chest difficult. Also open to any suggestions for what I can improve.

This is 5’10” 178.

my mt2 experience

hey everyone,

Since there is a TON of different information about how to use mt2 properly, I’m gonna share my unusual mt2 experience:

I started off as what should be considered Fitzpatrick 0. Like literally so pale that I was pink. I tried lower doses of mt2 with sunlight for a couple of months with no real effects.

Then I decided fuck it - I’m gonna pin 500mcg daily and “load.” I went thru my whole 10mg vial pretty quickly.

When the UV finally hit 6-7 in my part of the world (as opposed to 3-4), i miraculously got tan - and it doesn’t look unnatural. I had to load HARDCORE to get my pale ass skin to tan. Yes, some moles darkened, but honestly I don’t really care.

the point of this is to say that everyone will respond differently and there probably isn’t one method that works for everyone. I honestly probably wouldn’t recommend what I did, but it is what worked for me.
