Guy who runs a 'Fashion and Music' shop in Edin took the pics, only fair I give him the proper credit - here's his shop - https://itstartedinthenorth.co.uk/ - always try and support a local business!!!!

[no links to the shop at all, just a tartan army man with the fever]

From the HomeComputerMuseam on Facebook "This is a Velotype, a chorded keyboard designed for ultra-fast typing. Instead of pressing one key per letter, the user presses combinations of keys simultaneously to form syllables or even entire words. It looks unusual, but in trained hands it can keep up with spoken language in real time.

Systems like this have been used for live captioning, court reporting, and transcription, long before modern speech recognition became reliable."
