Vehicle Inspection Help

Hello I live in the Charleston area, I have an older vehicle with a broken E-brake, non-functional fog lights, and brakes that are getting low- I just moved here from GA and spend thousands of dollars over the past couple months. I don’t have money to fund the repairs to the car- and I need an inspection sticker, looking for shop recommendations that may be willing to bypass a few things.
