Maps for sat nav?

I’ve just bought a 2014 mondeo titanium X estate. 1.6ltr diesel. It’s the first car I’ve owned with inbuilt sat nav. How do I update the maps?

Hevy gpt

Superb!👌

Linked my chat account with it and if I went today. Just need to take some photos of the gym and it’ll tailor my workout to what I have available. Amazeballs

I’m sorry

I spent the last year and a bit cheating on Hevy with other apps including MacroFactor workouts. I went to the gym yesterday and fired up Hevy (like a drunken phonecall to an ex confessing how much you miss them).

I was wrong. I am sorry Hevy.

Hevy is amazing.

Will you take me back?

Are these actually any good?

Thinking of getting these as my dumbbells. I don’t trust reviews on Amazon. I wanted to see if anyone had any experience, thoughts, suggestions and recommendations?

Anyone using the Air as a second tracker?

I’m on Apple Watch. Hate the apple health UI, hate the rings, hate not being able to see steps easily etc thought wearing the air aswell might answer the problem. Anyone do this? How was your experience

Is Pro worth it ?

Loved MacroFactor for tracking calorie intake and workouts. But as I’m not a bodybuilder builder just seems excessive for me just wanting to get in shape and be healthy. So with Fitbit killing the app I was looking for something else and cam across bevel, so I just wanted to know would you/do you pay for it? If so, why, if not why not?

Refreezable?

I have some frozen raw meat. E.g chicken breast, mince etc. I just wanted to know if I defrost the meat, and cook it in a meal, can I refreeze it to eat at later date (safely, w/o food poisoning) or can I only refrigerate?
