The role involves creating engaging Marathi social media content for Indian audiences across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Create 2–5 Reels per day for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms

• Edit short-form videos with captions, subtitles, music, transitions and graphics

• Design social media posts, thumbnails, posters and promotional creatives

• Create graphics and featured images for Marathi content

• Write natural Marathi captions, headlines and short descriptions

• Adapt content for different social media formats

• Follow current Reel and social media trends

• Maintain consistency in visual style and Marathi communication

Requirements:

• Strong Marathi reading and writing skills

• Ability to write natural and grammatically correct Marathi

• Experience creating Reels and social media content

• Good video editing and graphic design skills

• Familiarity with Instagram and short-form content

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Reliable laptop/desktop and internet connection

• Full-time availability

Preferred Tools:

Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW or similar.
