Salt

I'm in the process of trying to transition to Keto, but the problem is I hate salt. It seems like it makes me nauseous when I add it to my food (I'm using pink Himalayan). Preferably I would eat all my food without any added salt, but to my understanding that would make me very electrolyte deficient (especially at the beginning). If anyone else has had the same issue- does drinking the sodium make you feel better than eating it? (I haven't tried drinking it yet).

Chronic Pain

I've been taking topical foam Minoxidil for about five years now. About a year into taking, it I started developing several weird pains in my body. First, pain in my elbows, forearms, and hands whenever I used them (felt like tendonitis). Then I developed Allodynia on my shoulder blade and inner thighs. If I'm on my feet all day, I also have extreme achiness in my legs and feet as well as a tingling/numbness in my right quad (stretching makes it worse). I've had blood tests and nerve tests done and nothing was shown to be wrong. In rare cases Minoxidil is known to cause numbness, pins and needles sensations, or polymyalgia rheumatica symptoms. These seem to be different from my symptoms (except for the right quad), but similar enough for me to want to see if anyone else had any symptoms similar to me, that started after taking Minoxidil.

Fibromyalgia

Thinking back on my life, and it just so happens that I started developing fibromyalgia within a year of starting minoxidil. I know it could be a complete coincidence, but has anyone else had a similar experience or tried going off it and had any improvements? I'm still using minoxidil but would be willing to go off it and lose my hair if it would improve my fibromyalgia.

Minoxidal

Thinking back on my life, and it just so happens that my fibro symptoms started developing within a year of starting the hair loss drug called minoxidil (brand name Rogaine). Has anyone else had a similar experience or tried going off it and had any improvements? I'm still using minoxidil but would be willing to go off it and lose my hair if it would improve my fibro symptoms.

Tracking is wrong

I did not receive the package I ordered through Ebay even though the tracking number for it indicates it was delivered to me on July 18th. I opened a claim online for it and someone called me and told me the package was being returned to the sender. I also went to the USPS location right down the road from me today and they assured me the package was sent back to the sender as well. However, I have not received a refund for the package and don't see how I will if the tracking indicates it was delivered to me. If the package was returned to the sender, does anyone know why would the tracking indicates it was delivered to me?

Lighting in the next Fallout

Would anyone else want the next game to have darker nights and interiors, as well as an actual flashlight beam? I use mods in Fallout 4 for this and it gives the game a way better aesthetic.

60 mg too much?

I started on 30 mg for one week then went up to 60 mg. The night after taking my second dose of 60 mg I woke up with an anxiety attack shortly after falling asleep and couldn't sleep the rest of the night. For the next 24 hours I felt overstimulated and miserable. I'm wondering if I just need to ease up to 60 mg slower. Has anyone felt unbearable on 60 mg from going on it too fast, but then later felt good on it after going back in dosage and easing up to it? Or did it still feel unbearable even after easing up to it?
