Weird green crust on my 6months old cartilage piercing

Got this cartilage piercing almost 6 months ago - I have had absolutely no problem with it other than it getting sore because I accidentally sleep on it at night, but I do have a airplane pillow I sleep on (or try to). My piercing has been feeling like it gets stuck and I have been ”twisting” it to detach it from what I now see is a crust. What should I do? Take it out and clean with saline and put it back? Thankful for any help!!

Edit: the material is titanium. I have sensitive skin and have been told as a child to only use gold and silver. Should I change the piercing?

Edit 2: I just realized I do use a schampoo with blue/green tones to neutralize the redness of my dyed hair. Could that be causing the green color?

Maybe a silly question but I really hope to go swimming this summer. I have 4 months old cartilage piercing (labret in titanium, flatback, cleaning it twice a day with saline, not downsized, no accidents or mishaps. No problems except pain after sleeping on it.) I have no problems showering and having water on it, in fact it makes my piercing feel better to be washed a little. Will I be able to swim (aka under water/dive) in two months? Or is it better to give it another year?

Edit: Swimming in the ocean or lakes, not pools

Hi, 28F with adenomyosis here (”diagnosed” both via internal ultrasound and external). I have always struggled with incapacitating pain during my period and throughout my cycle alongside the classic nausea, leg pain, lower back pain, ovulation pain, fatigue etc… I am not interested in the pill nor in getting a hysterectomy for a variety of reasons and am looking in ”natural” treatment options. Has anyone been successful with taking any supplements, changing their diet, doing specific excercises etc to reduce pain or other symptoms? My vitamin D levels are (like most people with adeno) abysmal but I have been taking supplements for a year without really noticing any changes. Haven’t really tried anything else. Open to any kinds of suggestions!!
