Middle schooler "enjoys feeling worthless"?

Hope this is the right place for this. My ASD 11-year-old seems to be dealing with some PDA signs and RSD (I know that's not an official dx). Lately she's told me she enjoys feeling "worthless" and "left out". She's been punishing herself with mean self-talk on purpose, particularly when in social settings or when she makes mistakes, like missing a test question or forgetting a chore. Despite encouragement that mistakes are normal and how we learn. I asked her what she meant by enjoying, if it like felt a certain way physically. She said it "makes her heart feel tight and little", and that she likes it.

If kids can see a behavior isn't helping them, sometimes they want assistance with it. But I'm not sure how to help her see this is unhelpful thinking for her (even if she thinks it feels good), and I'm worried that it could lead to self-harm. She's also hit puberty and all that entails emotionally, which is not helping. I do vaguely remember seeking out sad and angry music a lot as a teen, but that seems different from what is basically masochistic thinking.

She's had counseling for negative self-image before. Doesn't seem to have done much. I'm considering a psychiatrist because I'm out of my depth here, but it has been hard to get anyone in our area with Autism experience.

Has anyone else seen their kid revel in self-hate because they "like it"? What helped, if anything? I'm hoping I'm not alone in this.

Guess I need an intro

Hi all, I keep posting but I've been too chicken to post an introduction.
I'm one of many incarnations/"pieces" of the collective archangel Ariel. In this body I care for a family, make art and work as an energetic medicine practitioner, using shamanic methods to help people heal. My life began unconventionally. I was born with genetic abnormalities and have dealt with 7 orthopedic surgeries. I've healed from multiple chronic conditions over the past 3 years, and hope to keep healing. I used to joke that "my guardian angel works overtime" because I've also nearly died multiple times, and have had little to show for it, other than some freaking recurring sciatica. I'm still learning what all I (and all humans) am capable of in this form. So far I've had some fascinating experiences, like possibly weather manipulation, shapeshifting and telepathy...which I try to approach with a scientific mind even though I get excited about this stuff, haha.

I've only recently discovered my "wings", armor, and connection to angels. I think Raphael is one of my guides. I believe my job is just to survive being human and help the planet through healing and working with other angels. I think I may have had a more warrior-type function at some point. I had a vision once that my wings were badly burned and I had to go somewhere to recover. Anyway, that's an awful lot about me!

Can't Incarnate?

I have the strong impression I've never had a human form through an entire life before, i.e., I might have been a walk-in a few times. Maybe those are even "imprints" ala Dolores Cannon's theories. I've certainly been several things beside human. But this would be the first birth-to-death human life for me.
I've seen multiple channelers/mediums/spiritualists etc. claim from their "higher sources" that angels can't incarnate into human form. Whereas others say they can. Clearly, we've got 70 people in here (and more elsewhere) who know who they are. I'm just curious why there would be so much conflicting belief on this.
Thoughts?

Measuring horn (?)

I know next to nothing about powder rifles. I think this lil scrimshaw antler may be a powder measure. What do you think?

Ailing Japanese cedar

I planted this Cryptomeria japonica (I think 'Black Dragon') about 5-6 years ago. Zone 6b MO USA. Decent drainage near top of a hill. soil is rocky clay, light shade to sun depending on time of day. It's grown very slowly, with sparse areas and browning needle die off here and there. The whole thing seems an unhealthy yellow-green color. Does it look like it could be a lost cause/it won't do well due to poor planting location, or just needs fertilizer?

Logging time - literal hours?

When I ask other homeschooling parents about logging requirements (we live in MO), they say if their kid did an activity that would have taken an hour at public school, in 20 minutes, then they log it as an hour. In Missouri we're required to log 600 hours of core and 400 hours extracurricular. I've been taking that fairly literally for our first year, fifth grade (kiddo was in public thru 4th). We're about to enter 6th.

Do I need to be so literal about it? I don't know how long an activity *would* take in public school, or what would be considered an "hour-long activity" or a 30 minute unit, or whatever. There's far fewer distractions and interruptions here. Kiddo blazes through most activities in her grade level faster than I would anticipate, regardless of subject matter. She's doing more work if she's going faster and I need to log literal hours on everything. I've already told her to take her time and re-read stuff, her comprehension is excellent.
