34th Vardhanthi Mahotsava of HH Jagadguru Sri Vidhushekhara Bharati

On the auspicious occasion of the Vardhanti of HH Jagadguru Sri Sri Vidhushekhara Bharati Mahaswamiji, we offer our humble praṇāms and heartfelt prayers at the holy feet of the Jagadguru.

Born on the sacred day of Nāga Panchami in Tirupati, His Holiness was blessed with a deep inclination towards Vedic learning from a young age. He was initiated into Sannyasa under the divine guidance of HH Jagadguru Sri Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahasannidhanam and was entrusted with the sacred responsibility of carrying forward the timeless tradition of Dakṣiṇāmnāya Śrī Śāradā Pīṭham, Śṛṅgeri.

A rare embodiment of vidyā, vinaya, vairāgya and viveka, His Holiness continues to inspire countless seekers through His profound knowledge of the śāstras, simplicity of conduct, devotion to Sri Sharadamba and Sri Chandramoulishwara, and unwavering commitment to the preservation and propagation of Sanātana Dharma.

His life beautifully reminds us that true greatness lies not merely in scholarship, but in humility, discipline, compassion and steadfastness in the pursuit of Truth. Through His travels, teachings, spiritual guidance and service to the Dharma, His Holiness continues the illustrious Guru Paramparā of Sringeri.

Hubballi half marathon

Hey guys,
This year Hubballi half marathon is happening on 22nd November, I see they have been hosting runs/marathons for a while now. Has anyone participated in any of their previous marathons? How was the experience running with them?

People running with ASICS tees

I’ve seen a lot of people wearing red ASICS T-shirts and run around ~6:30-7am

What’s going on? Can I still join the event?

Gita press Gorakhpur

Recently visited the Gita press Gorakhpur, and my goodness what a place!!

They have an art gallery and also the entrance is so legendary.

This press has been the backbone of mass printing our Hindu Sanatani scriptures.
We should all definitely visit this place once.

Is Mustang ideal for workation

As the title suggest, I am thinking of going to Mustang for a week long workation.
Is it a good time to visit Mustang? Is there good reliable wifi in Mustang to work remotely?
Is there any other place you would suggest for workation?

Hi everyone, I am planning to book a flight to Kathamandu from Bengaluru. The cheapest available option is Sri Lankan Airlines with a layover at Colombo. It is a 3.5 hrs layover, no plans to leave the airport.
What are the rules for Visa for layover in Colombo as an Indian.
How has your experience been flying Sri Lankan Airlines? I see they use Airbus A320, so how safe is it to assume about the safety?
