Thank you

Just a thank you to all who have followed the Instagram account @PhotoBookHaul sharing #photobbooks I’ve collected over the years and my other half’s comment ‘What? Another one!”

Latest: Fay Godwin’s trailblazing work on the British landscape and #righttoroam in the 1990s, •Our Forbidden Land”.

Looking forward to sharing more form the small library - and hopefully some swaps.

Leica 35mm Film

I know, I know. It’s probably Adox or such…… but I just wanted a roll (or 3!)
Leica Store London (Duke Street) were great, had loads of rolls, gave me some pamphlets and lit on ‘The Firm’ exhibition and even a cool glass of drink (it’s been 35deg, today).

Nikon EM + Petzval 58….. Real fun!

Love pairing the #Petzval58 with my Nikon analogue / film cameras, especially the EM. Greta conversation starter and street comments.

Have fun, shoot film.

The Nikon F301 Surprised Me

Bought the F301 on a whim and have really said by its varsity, tactile feel and responsiveness. It’s never going to be a true F3 but it satisfies the urge and is a fabulous talking point. Most think it’s an older DSLR rather than analogue camera without a winder. Paired with a manual 50mm 1.8 I’ve been super happy.

Happy Clicks, all.
