Love in the Forest 🌿❤️⚜️🫶

Love in the Forest 🌿❤️

This painting was inspired by a beautiful and passionate relationship in my life. One day we went for a walk in the forest… and let’s just say it became a very memorable walk. 😊

The forest was beautiful, the day was beautiful, we were in love — and apparently, the trees were very good at keeping secrets. 🌿❤️

Some memories simply stay with you. This one eventually found its way onto my canvas.

Waterfall of Imagination 💙🌿

Waterfall of Imagination 💙🌿

I love water and waterfalls. They are an endless source of inspiration for me — the movement, the sound, the energy and the feeling of freedom. This waterfall came entirely from my imagination.

Phoenix Woman (2022)⚜️🔥🔥🔥

Phoenix Woman (2022)⚜️

50 × 70 cm

This painting is a piece of myself.

At that time in my life, I was like fire — passionate, emotional and intense. Whatever I felt, I felt deeply. I had this enormous energy inside me, as if I could walk through fire and water and keep going.

That is why I painted myself as a Phoenix Woman — a woman who can burn, rise from her own ashes, and continue forward stronger than before, ready to face anything.

I painted this piece with a palette knife and absolutely loved the process. Even the face was created almost in a single stroke with the knife. I wasn't trying to paint a realistic portrait of myself; I was painting the woman I felt I was inside.

One hand is raised in a fist, almost like a revolutionary gesture, while the other is hidden behind her body. And behind her are enormous fiery wings, as though she has just emerged from the flames.

She was my Phoenix Woman. And she was me — a woman who may fall, may burn, but will always rise again. 🔥🪽

Water Lilies in Prague-Komořany (2021) 🪷🌿⚜️

Water Lilies in Prague-Komořany (2021) 🪷🌿⚜️

I painted this at the end of May 2021, inspired by a real place in Prague-Komořany — a protected natural area with a beautiful pond filled with water lilies.

One beautiful day, around midday, I went there for a walk. The sun was shining, the water was almost perfectly still, and everything around me was incredibly peaceful. It was the kind of silence that doesn't feel empty at all — it feels alive.

The pond was covered with water lilies, surrounded by tall grasses and lush greenery. I watched a duck with her ducklings, saw nutrias nearby, and all around me this little natural world was simply going on with its life, almost untouched by the city surrounding it.

There was also a large piece of wood lying in the water. It was such an ordinary little detail, but somehow it stayed in my memory, so I included it in the foreground of the painting. I wanted to remember the place as I had experienced it — wild, overgrown and natural.

What fascinated me most was the stillness of the water and the sunlight.

I remember the colours so vividly — the blues and turquoise of the water, all those fresh shades of green, and the pink water lilies appearing like little islands of colour among them. I wanted to bring some of that beauty and joy of colour onto the canvas.

When I painted it, I wasn't trying to make a photographic copy of the place. I wanted to capture something more important to me: how it felt to be there that day — the light, the colours, the silence and that incredible sense of peace.

This is something I love about Prague. You can still be in a large city and suddenly find yourself standing beside quiet water, surrounded by water lilies, watching ducklings and nutrias, and for a moment feel as though the city doesn't exist at all.

That is the feeling I brought home with me that day.

Silence. Sunlight. Still water. Water lilies. And nature quietly living its own life.

I wanted to keep a little piece of that moment on my canvas. 🪷☀️🌿

The Four Elements⚜️

The Four Elements 💚💙🩵💛🤍⚜️🙏

I created this painting during a time when I was thinking deeply about what we are made of and how closely we are connected to the nature around us.

Water, earth, fire and air — the four elements I wanted to bring together on one canvas. For me, water is represented by the sea, earth by the meadow and flowers, fire by the sun, and air by the sky and the open space surrounding everything. And then there is ether — something invisible that, in my own understanding, connects them all.

Our bodies are part of this same natural world. We carry water within us, we breathe the air, we belong to the earth, and we depend on the warmth and energy of the sun. This idea of being made from the same elements that surround us was one of the inspirations behind the painting.

At that time, I was experiencing many meditative feelings connected with Buddhism, and the painting gradually grew out of that inner state. I didn't have every detail planned in advance. I simply allowed the different parts to appear as I felt them.

While I was painting, I became completely absorbed in the flowers. I love their colours and the sense of life they bring to the painting. I enjoyed creating every little flower, every movement in the grass, and watching the meadow slowly come alive in front of me.

But the strongest part of the painting for me has always been the sun.

I didn't want it to be simply a sun painted in the sky. I wanted it to radiate — to send its light and energy through the entire landscape. Even now, when I look at the painting, my eyes are immediately drawn towards it. I still feel as though that sun is shining and somehow illuminating the whole canvas from within.

I put a great deal of my own energy, joy and inner peace into this painting. Perhaps that is why I have never experienced it as simply a landscape. For me, it is a reminder that the same elements we see everywhere in nature are also part of us.

In the end, I gave this painting to my son as a gift. And that makes it even more meaningful to me. I am happy that he has something into which I put so much of my own energy and feeling.

When I see it today, I can still feel that energy.

The Four Elements. Water, earth, fire and air — and the space that connects them all. ☀️🌊🌿✨🙏⚜️

The Red Grove (2022) ❤️☀️⚜️

The Red Grove (2022) ❤️☀️

This painting was born from the pure joy of painting.

I had just bought new paints and had this enormous canvas in front of me, approximately 115 × 80 cm. The size of it alone excited me. I wanted to paint without limitations — I used brushes, experimented with different techniques, and sometimes simply painted with my hands. I let the colours and my imagination guide me.

The place in this painting does not actually exist. I have never been there, and I didn't use any reference. The entire landscape came from my imagination — the red grove, the winding path, the distant forests, the mountains, and the world that seems to continue somewhere far beyond them.

But the most important part for me was the sun.

I thought of it as Savitur — the life-giving energy of the Sun. I didn't want it to be simply a sun painted in the sky. I wanted it to carry a sense of energy and power. And while I was painting, I felt an incredible amount of that energy myself. It was almost as though the painting was giving something back to me while I was creating it.

That is still what I love most about this piece. When I look at it, I don't feel as though I'm looking at an imaginary landscape. I feel as though I could step onto that path, walk through the red grove, continue towards the blue forest in the distance… and then keep going to whatever lies beyond it.

This place doesn't exist.

And yet, sometimes I feel as though I've been there.

Flower of Life – My Line This was my first large mandala.

Flower of Life – My Line

This was my first large mandala.

I created it during a time when I began to understand life differently. I started to feel that we are here only as visitors, and that I am not simply my body, my mind, or my emotions. I see myself as a soul — energy temporarily expressed through the form of a physical body.

For me, understanding this is not something that happens overnight. It takes a lot of inner work and practice to observe yourself and to stop identifying with every thought, emotion, or experience. We are all moving through the wheel of samsara, learning along the way.

That is why I surrounded the Flower of Life with what looks like billions of stars. I used countless tiny pieces of glitter because I wanted to create the feeling of an infinite universe — an endless space and emptiness without boundaries.

Sacred geometry also has a special meaning for me. I see it as something that can bring stability and harmony to the physical body — so that the body can be a protected home for the soul, rather than its prison.

This painting represents one part of my own journey and my understanding of what it means to be here. ✨⚜️

Sakura Paradise (2024) 🌸🏔️ I painted this in 2024.

Painting always calms me. When I paint, it feels almost like repeating a mantra. With this painting, I became so absorbed in it that I painted the whole day and completely forgot that I was here.

In my imagination, I was there instead.

I imagined myself walking among the sakura trees, looking at the mountain and the water, surrounded by this peaceful landscape. For a while, the real world simply disappeared.

That's what painting can do to me. I don't just paint a place — sometimes I feel like I enter it.
