Worth refurbishing?

Recently, I was gifted this old Tag, is there any worth in refurbishing it or is it even possible in its given state? Any help would be appreciated!

Rainbow tint on Watch

Recently found this watch and was looking into restoring it. Looks to have a rainbow like tint on the outside of the watch along with a few other imperfections.

Swatch Chrono

Found this beauty at my late grandfathers house. Absolutely love this piece. On the face it says from 1990, definitely a good one to add to the collection 🙏🏻

Recently graduated college and started my new position as an assistant superintendent for a large multifamily focused GC. Everything has been amazing so far great pay, worklife balance, and a great learning experience. One thing I’ve learned quickly is that while the construction industry itself is stable, the location you work in may not be. A majority of my coworkers have told me that throughout their careers they’ve had to work all around the country.

I’m still young and open to traveling early in my career, but the thought of constantly having to move to different cities or states is a little overwhelming. Is this common in this industry? For context, I work for a GC that’s based up north, and I’m part of the smaller southern sector office.

Anyways, how do y’all deal with traveling and being away from family and friends throughout your career? Is this a common thing in the industry?
