Water well water turned datk

I’m on well water and after watering my grass continuously for about an hour I noticed the water from my faucet is kind of a smoky dark grey/tinted color.

Any ideas?

Lake & Gauthier Circle

Be aware that they have started working on the circle. Instead of the 4 way stops, there are flaggers directing traffic. Guess I’ll start taking alternate routes since this is going to be a mess.

Leaving EP via Peak to Peak

When I leave EP I’m planning on taking the peak to peak highway all the way to Black Hawk and Idaho Springs and trying to determine how long it will take if I make stops along the way in Nederland and any other points of interest. Is Black Hawk, Central City, and Idaho Springs worth stopping by? What other areas? Should I plan on half day or full day? I’ll be on my way home down south but in no hurry.

Visiting Grand Lake From EP

I’ll be spending a week in Estes Park primarily to visit RMNP. I’ve been there a bunch of times but only gone as far as Milner Pass. I was thinking about taking a day and going all the way to Grand Lake and check out the west side of the park. What I’m wondering is a day enough time to visit Grand Lake and the sights on that side of the park, or should I make that a side trip after I’m done in EP? How much time does it actually take to see Grand Lake? Mainly for the better half to go shopping and to have lunch. We would leave EP early to beat timed entry and return after timed entry.

Development on Hwy 397 South

Anyone know what’s going on down 397 south on the west side of the road and south of Swift Plant Rd? It’s a big area that they are currently doing dirt work.

SSI Eligibility Letter

My autistic adult grandson applied for SSI in June 2024 and was awarded in February 2026. He received a letter today from SSA stating they want to have a phone call later this month to see if he’s still eligible for SSI.

Any idea what this is about since he just started receiving his SSI?
