Men, what treatments/habits are helping you grow your hair or make it thicker?

Hi everyone. I already asked this in the /askspain community and concluded that I should wash my hair with shampoo and conditioner a maximum of three times a week.

I wanted to know how men take care of their hair. Besides washing with shampoo and conditioner, do they use anything else? I, for example, have been using 5% Minoxidil every night for the last four months, and I think it must be doing something good. But I don't know if you have any other hair care products in mind, like Romano oil, or those red gummies with vitamins, or anything else you use? I understand that genetics plays a big role, but for example, English men have long, healthy hair, and that's surely because they're doing something.

I'm sure you've noticed something that has worked for your hair, and I would appreciate it if you could share it.

Hombres - Cuidar cabello

Hola gente.

My First trip to Armenia

Hello dear Armenians! First of all, thank you for all the information you provided in my previous post about whether or not it was necessary to bring drams in cash.

I am an Argentinian of Armenian descent, and this will be my first time traveling to Armenia for a week. I have this itinerary planned, but if you have any suggestions, like places to visit, bars to go to, or anything else, they would be very welcome:

Day 1: Discover the Heart of Yerevan

Stroll through Republic Square (both during the day and at night, when the fountains are illuminated).

Walk along Northern Avenue to the Opera House.

Climb the Cascade. From the top, you'll have one of the best views of Mount Ararat.

Have a coffee on a terrace; Armenia has a very strong coffee culture.

Day 2: Armenian History

Tsitsernakaberd.

Armenian Genocide Museum.

Matenadaran.

Armenian History Museum.

Day 3: Must-See Excursion

Garni Temple.

Geghard Monastery.

A winery in Areni to sample Armenian wines.

Day 5: Experience the City

Vernissage Market to buy souvenirs.

GUM Market to sample dried fruits, cheeses, and sweets.

Blue Mosque.

Go out at night on Saryan Street.

Day 6: Live Like a Local

If you still have time:

Visit a church to attend an Armenian liturgy.

Take a leisurely stroll through Kentron.

Buy Armenian coffee and spices.

If you have relatives or know which region your ancestors came from, try to visit that area or talk to locals about it.

Lake Kari if I have time

Foods you have to try:

Harissa

Khashlama

Jingyalov Hats
