Flight rescheduled - Refunded but credits are not allocated to my account
Hello all,
our flight got rescheduled which does not suit us and I would like to get my money back. From WizzAir, there was an option to return it as a credits which can be then refunded to original payment method.
>We regret to inform you that your flight has been cancelled. Please refer to the email we sent you in this regard and inform all the passengers under this reservation.
>As a result of the cancellation, we are uploading WIZZ credits to your WIZZ account for the total fare of the cancelled booking automatically.
Nor me or my wife received the credits to their account and when I try to refund the flight via their form, I get the error message that Logged in user must be the owner.
It is hard to get someone from WizzAir to talk to me. All my tries led to a dead end, Do you have any kind of advice, how you treated similar thing that happened to you?

Dear all,
I bought Polar Verity Sense for my wife some time ago and it looks like it is either faulty or the position, tightness is not good enough. Here is a screenshot of a part of her morning run with 8x100m strides, 100m jog rest. The delay is clearly seen. Do I just overthink it and it is not a big deal or should that be more accurate?
