I run a solo local service business here in Orange County. The service is visual, easy to explain, and sold to professional offices around Orange County. I'm the owner and I'm also the one delivering the service, which is exactly the problem: I have a full lead list and no time left to call it.

Looking for one person with B2b phone sales experience to make calls part time and book intro appointments with decision makers. I take the appointment from there, close it myself, and handle all the actual work. Your job ends when a real prospect is on my calendar.

Being upfront about the structure:

Pay:

• $100 for every appointment that holds (decision maker, confirmed time, shows up — reschedules that later hold still count)
• 10% of revenue on every appointment that becomes a booked session, bumped to 15% on bookings over $2,000
• Paid weekly. Commission pays when the client's deposit clears.

What you're NOT doing: Buying anything, recruiting anyone, using your personal network, or selling to consumers. This is my business and I'm looking for a real sales rep. No scams, no pyramid schemes, no multilevel marketing.

This is calling businesses during business hours from a lead list I already built, with a call script I already wrote but can be modified as your work it. You'd be the second person in a two-person operation, and I'll train you on the service, which takes about an hour to understand because it's a simple visual product, not enterprise software.

Good fit: you've done some phone sales work before (inside sales, appointment setting, front desk at a busy office all count), you sound like a normal professional human on the phone, and you can commit to consistent calling blocks each week.

This is normally my premium service for corporate teams, and I'm looking for one or two workplaces this round to build out that side of my portfolio. We were initially set on Ziva, but after calling the resort, they stated that rooms aren't assigned until about 24 hours before arrival, and there is no guarantee we will get a new room. Why this matters to me: This will be my parents' first vacation, really ever, and I want them to have the best time possible, and I want them to have a recently renovated quality room. I'm also unsure if the Ziva construction is going to hinder any of their relaxation.

Does anyone have recent experience with Ziva?

My other options were Garza Blanca but I heard there isn't much to do for kids. What else would you recommend that's great for young kids?
