context: I am new to macbook and have never owner one. I will be going to Germany in September for my bachelor's and need a macbook. currently my budget is 1.1L and after reaching Germany i can extend this to max 1.35L or (1280 euro). I need it for my Cs related degree and will try to build ai application or real world running projects.( not training LLM)

today I saw a banner in reliance digital app that macbook is available for 1.15L. I called 5 stores ( chennai) that offered me at 1.2L. Now I am confused should I buy it now or in germany for 1.35L ( with 70W changer). Or just buy a second hand m4 base or 512 for 1L ( used ) and save money. I also saw some good deals on Germany's second hand market like pro m3 16 gb for 1.08L etc.

My course starts from 30th september but I want to enter germany around 15 august because finding accomodation is a big task and I want to finish everything before my course starts. I am from India and my consulate is chennai. Will my visa get rejected if I enter a date, which is 45 days before my course starts? Do i have to mention in my lom why I want to enter this early?
