Finally got da jayvik necklaces 🤑🤑

Hi everyone, I got my tongue pierced four days ago, (straight titanium bar-not sure what the gauge is), but it’s been migrating forward and I don’t know what to do about it.
I don’t want to take it out considering how much I spent on it and considering that I’ve been wanting this piercing for years.
How do I get it to heal properly? I’ve been using mouthwash and saltwater to clean it, and doing an ice water rinse after I eat or drink anything. Swelling has gone down a significant amount and there’s a little bit of pus but I talked to my piercer and he said it was normal.
