Need some help as I'm at a loss now. Renal cell adenocarinoma?

So I took my void to the vet last week on monday, They did blood work and a exam and the blood work came back good besides SDMA and GLOB. We were here to update his vaccines but he was being a stubborn boy so we had to sedate him the next day. Come the next day before they were going to take him back they found a bump next to the kidney so we did a couple xrays and found something very abnormal. So we did the xrays and got his vaccines updated and the next day we got an ultrasound done sent that off and got a called pretty much saying "there's something abnormal but we don't know what so we recommend doing a fine needle aspiration". We have that today this after noon and I'm so scared. I know nothing will comfort me and I'm only making it worse doing research on all the possible terrible things it could be but. Only two things I was told it could be is Renal Lymphoma, Renal Carcinoma or Nephroblastoma.

Well I got a call from the vet and it was pretty much inconclusive. Was on the phone for twenty minutes had my girlfriend, dad and I. All the info we got was "His lymphocytes are increased which is a sign of renal cell adenocarcinoma" I asked so we don't know if he has cancer or what type or anything else she said she doesn't know and cannot tell us yes or no. I was recommended doing another FNA with a bigger needle but its a bigger risk or doing a kidney biopsy which I'm sure will be $5k+. Going to get a second opinion I think. She also said "well if he's acting fine and eating and drinking then there's not much a urgent concern in my opinion. I know its not their cat but like he's my world ITS A LITTLE URGENT TO ME. I'm trying not to be upset but It really hurts when the vets you are taking your baby to seem to not care at all and just want more. I'm gathering all the info and paper work to present to another vet that I think will be better. I hope my baby doesn't have renal cell adenocarcinoma I've read its pretty much a death sentence and not a long life expectancy. He's as pretty as ever with his little bracelet on he's been getting treats he loves and lots of attention.

-7 years old on the 25th

-Black shorthair

-He's eating well he's on rachel ray indoor

-He's not as playful before the vet visits and all and he is only hiding in his one spot he loves but still sometimes comes out to cuddle.

I don't know what else to do besides trying another vet. I feel like I'm going to be told the same thing.

Here's some more info. reports and xrays

Not sure if I'm allowed to post here but I'm scared.

-He is 7 years old

-Has peed and drank so much since we got him as a kitten 2 months old.

-Eats good besides the last week but I was told its more than likely stress but hes been eating better the past two days.

-When going pee he shakes his tail a tiny bit and raises his butt.

I'm sure everyone here understands being scared and worried for our babies I hope I'm allowed to post here but if anyone has insight or has seen something like this before I would love to know. I've been crying all week I'm not ready to lose my boy already but if he's in pain at all and there's nothing I can do I know the best thing to do is let him cross the bridge. Maybe I'm already thinking to harshly.

Upgrade to 9070xt now or just wait until the next century for prices to come down.

So I have a 3080 currently I'm on 1440p 240hz just upgraded to oled but the games I'm playing are not hitting the frames I want. Would a 9070xt even be a good upgrade? I can get a xfx 9070 xt mercury for $750 currently but I just read that prices are about to go up again. I have done everything to get all the frames I possibly can and its just not enough.

1440p 240hz dichen d60 or what to do? Any other fusers?

Really would like to play at 1440p 240hz without stuttering but I've read the d60 is kinda shit. Anything close to 1440p like 200hz or 180? The mini pc I planned on getting was a ryzen 5 6650H should be enough I think. Can I run 1440p 240hz on my monitor but the game run at 1440p 144hz/whatever the fuser supports? Just going to use it on r6.

7 year old kitty with higher sdma level. Cancer more than Likley.

Took my baby void into the vet and they found a lump so we did xrays and ultrasound and I'm being told it's pretty much a done deal. We have a test on Wednesday I can't remember the name of it but they're sticking a needle in it to see what type of cancer he has. I'm not ready to lose my baby yet I'm trying to get second opinions. Does anyone have some reassurance or am I just coping. Sorry for the limited details I'm tying my best. X-rays

Please help urgent!

I found a little kitten in my barn and I'm trying to help it. It seems weak and malnourished all the vets near me are closed today and tomorrow does his butt look okay? I fed him some patè and he's drinking. I want to adopt him with my resident void. I'm going to keep him isolated until he gets a nice bath and vet treatment.

9070 xt or 5070 upgrading from 3080

So my local Walmart has a 5070 on sale for $440 but also online I can get a 9070 xt for $650 shipped. I have a 3080 currently but am not getting the fps I would like since I just upgraded to 1440p 240hz oled. I only play competitive shooters mainly and destiny with some Forza. $440 seems like a great price but the 9070xt looks pretty good as well.

Worth it? I can get it for $1200 on the dot with my discount since I work at Walmart. Or should I buy a 9070 xt? Currently on a 3080 st 1440p 240 only for competitive games and Forza.
