Has the Warcom article fixed the games problems with the rules or is it still broken?

I've had the box since launch but haven't ran it with friends due to the issues I've read about the rules, but with the rules "fixes" is it enough to run it properly without jank, or is the game still needing community fixes as discussed on the Olden Demon video? Does anyone additionally have a link to these rules fixes the community has brewed up?

Realised I never posted it here, but this was my store comp board “The Challenge” I threw together years back

Threw together quickly for entry after I made that crude flag helping out in the art department at my uni, and had the old resin sculpt and the commemorative iron jaw Bawla and Burk I love and thought it was fitting.
