Fundrise Liquidity Request

Okay, now maybe I’m just overlooking this but is this normal? I was about to submit a redemption request for my portfolio. However, I go through all the steps and at the end it shows my “estimated” proceeds… why is the estimated proceeds 500 dollars less than what my portfolio is? I only have 1.8% of my portfolio in the eREIT fund (which is the ONLY one that has a like fee) the rest is just flagship and growth fund. Please someone that has done this, tell me I’m not crazy because if I redeem it all I would have lost money in this whole process if I’m basing it off value.

What do they need to do to improve???

I’ve been a Reds fan for quite some time of my life (Cozart, Frazier, Bruce, Votto, Phillips, etc.) However, one thing I just don’t understand is why this cycle of being bottom of the league happens EVERY year.

(Disclaimer: I know our pitchers are basically all coming back off the IL)

We either hit really good, and can’t pitch, or we pitch really good and can’t hit a thing. We can never be a complete team. It’s unbelievably frustrating… we make triple A pitchers look like Cy young candidates.

This begs the question, how do we stay consistent? Do we clean the entire team management? I feel like Terry is a good manager, but the upper management support is god awful. Chris Valaika too? I’d rather take a bag of chips and some juice boxes instead.

We have amazing prospects in Abbott, Greene, Burns, Elly, and Sal; what’s the point of even having them if just continue to make the same mistakes every single year? They’ll just leave as soon as they can and chase a bag.

It’s infuriating.

Consistent Mechanics in High Ranked 3’s

I’ve been a very long term player of RL since 2016. I’ve been in GC for years now, and I’ve just hit the highest peak in my career (1700) the problems I’ve consistently run into at this point are ones I’m not exactly sure how to handle. I would classify myself as a more “intelligent player” than a mechanical one. I never cared for the flashy mechanics as much, I always tried to be smarter than my opponent. Now, my issue is in high level 3’s; it’s all about possession and control. For the absolute life of me, I cannot keep the aerial possession and control. I either get smoked to the ball (when I popped it up in the first place) or I get bumped off, demolished, dunked, etc. I have tried replay reviews, I’ve tried training packs, 6mans with people who actually communicate; nothing has helped…

My questions are: How do I limit that? What can I do to improve my either aerial speed/control that isn’t something simple like rings or free play? Is this just normal as I’m not typically that high up? Please let me know your thoughts as I’m at a loss of ideas.

Strategies offered by Fundrise

Hello all, so I’ve been using Fundrise for quite some time now and for some reason it didn’t occur to me ask at the time; Fundrise offers the investment strategies something like Balanced, Long term growth, and supplemental. Aside from the obvious, do picking a specific one really impact your chosen portfolio? I figured it was just like one of those personal goals you choose for yourself… I’m currently under Long Term because that makes the most sense but just was unsure if it truly mattered.

Ohio Real Estate Agent Test

I have taken the test twice now.. made very little improvement. I was an absolute terrible test taker in high school. I could never really sit down and study. Does anyone have any tips on either how to pass this test for someone who overthinks multiple choice questions? Or just in general for people who are terrible test takers? I have tried the flashcards you can buy to help study, I’ve taken practice tests too. I just bought a book to help prep as well… HELP

Purchasing more shares…

Hello, so I am one of the original investors who bought when it was offered on Fundrise. I’m aware that I’m unable to do any action on my shares till September 14th, however, how would I go about buying more shares that I can combine with the shares on computershare. (I have my shares listed in computershare and want to have the ability to buy more and see all my shares in the same place.) what are the best options to do so?
