Found a 2008 Sahara for $6400. It needs a new ECM chip and a catalytic converter made an offer but dealer wouldn’t budge. Is this still worth it at that price?

I understand that I’m looking at $2000-$2500 worth of work but wife is still upset then I’m not willing to budge on initial offer.
