Hopped back on.

Good afternoon all. I took gabapentin for apprx 4 months earlier this year. I went from 600mg, to 900mg, to 1200mg daily for nerve pain. One of my doctors gave me a 2 week taper which looking back is wild to me. I had no idea about the withdrawal effects. Apprx a month ago was my last dose, this coincided with stopping diazepam which I took for 4 weeks. Double trouble. At about day 7 I started to feel fatigue and a bit anxious, it was manageable. I thought I was over it and day 12 it hit me, the absolute worst anxiety I’ve ever felt. I’ve now had to take a leave of absence from work and get back on gabapentin the impending doom is so bad. I got back on 10 days ago and with the advice of my new Dr increased over those days back to 1200mg with some Guanfacine twice a day for the fight for flight feelings. Please tell me this gets better?! I’m about at my breaking point. Today will be the first day talking the full 1200. What kind of timeframe could I expect in your experience? Thank you.

Crippling anxiety 14 days after quitting.

I quit 14 days ago after a 3 week taper. Had been taking 1200mg a day for nerve pain in groin for 4 months. I was fine until day 5-7, terrible fatigue and anxiety. Just when I thought I was through it, last night I had anxiety like I’ve never experienced before. Wanted to jump out of my own body. Im reading this is called post acute withdrawal. Luckily I have 5 days off from work. Please tell me this gets better!? Looking back I should have tapered more slowly but I was just doing what the doctor said.

Daryl Dixon Season 3

Every time Daryl asks Carol if she’s ok, take a drink. You’ll be admitted for alcohol poisoning by the end of episode 1. This is my favorite spin off by far but dang come up with other line!

▲ 10 r/CPAP

2nd time in my CPAP history!

I scored 100 very early in my CPAP journey and had almost given up thinking it was a fever dream or thing of legend. I’ve used my machine nightly for almost 3 years and this is only the second time it’s happened. I wouldn’t say CPAP therapy has changed my life but it’s definitely made a difference. Taking the win today.

Started jogging again 2 weeks ago

My BP with losartan has been in the 130-140/ 75-85 range for quite some time. I started jogging again 2 weeks ago and I’m happy with the results. Middle-aged male.

Hydroflask wide mouth 20oz question.

Where can I find the clear gasket or valve that goes here? It helps to keep the straw secure when you flip it in place. It fell out during cleaning and I cannot find this part anywhere. Thank you.
