How can I cure burnout problem?

Three years ago I played Sky FC, I really liked it, but after I started Sky SC I felt very deep burnout and I dropped it. Today I opened SC again after three years, probably I felt burnout because I did grind too much (My party was 37 level at prologue) How can I play these games without burnout? I bought an Asus Rog Ally this year, can handheld gaming prevent burnout? EDIT: Thank you everyone, Probably It is about grinding, I am harcore early grinder guy at JRPGs, probably Trails' xp scaling system caused burnout.

I learned pulse pouring or any high-agitation method like Hoffmann's is bad for easy to extract bean types like Natural, Anaerobic or Wet-Hulled but It is safe for washed beans. My recipe:
32 gr Medium Dark Guatemala Huehuetanango Beans, 93C water.
00:00 70 ml bloom
00:45: +130 ml (200 ml)
01:15: +100 ml (300 ml)
01:45: +100 ml (400 ml)
02:45: +100 ml (500 ml)
03:30: finish.
It resulted very bitter and dark cacao powder taste.(yes It has really cacao test but very bitter).
I tried two pieces of continous pour method that It is my main method for Natural and Anaerobic beans:
00:00: 70 ml bloom
from 00:45 until 01:30 +230 ml continous pour (300 ml total)
from 01:30 until 02:00 30 seconds pause
from 02:00 until 02:45 +200 ml continous pour (500 ml total)
03:30: finish.
It resulted sweet, non-bitter but very light taste.
How can I solve this?
