So I’ve been a nanny for 15 years now! I’ve been with my main family for 9 years now. Rising their 3 amazing kids, the parents have been great. So blessed I’ve been working for this family!!
I feel like my time with them needs to come to an end.
Since the youngest goes to preK in the mornings, I have an unpaid 3 hour in between my hours… since then, I’ve been scrambling to get a head on my bills and other expenses… I have been applying to other jobs not nanny related just to have better benefits for my future self. I finally have my head and heart in the same spot with this decision. I just don’t know how to even present this to the family…
Need advice!!!!!
This is the worst break up I’ll be in. 🙃
