Tounge issues/ weird sensations

Hi everyone. I’ve been suffering with TMJ problems for a long time. It got worse when I was on Zoloft and I got a night guard. Ever since then I’ve had issues on and off with it but lately I’ve been having weird tongue sensations on the right side, which is the same side as my TMJ and I had some tongue twitching and also my cheek has a hard line across it with like rough skin. Is it possible that TMJ can cause all of this?

Tounge twitching/ tounge feels weird

Hi there. Did anyone who experience tounge twitching also develop a weird feeling on one side of their tounge and then it almost became an obsession. I literally think about my tounge 24/7 and how it feels in my mouth. It just feels “ off” but I still have full function, can eat, drink, talk normally. The tounge twitches have gone away only come sometimes. I’m still fearing bulbar als

Referred to neuro

Hi all. I just got back from my doctor and I told him I’ve been having tounge twitching for a few months. He said I shouldn’t worry and anything neurological is rare but referred me to a neuro and MRI anyways. Pleqse does anyone have positive thoughts?

Tounge twitching. Please I need support.

Hi there, I’ve posted a few times but I’m still looking for reassurance. I have another doctors appointment tomorrow so I’m hoping I can get some more answers.
I started having a tongue twitch in January and since then it has come often on sometimes it will stay for a month and then it’ll go away for a week and come back and I also feel like I have a weird feeling on the right side of my tongue. It’s only on one side and one specific spot that I have this twitch. I also get random twitches in my body sometimes, but not every day. I am super fearful of ball ALS and I am wondering if anyone has any experiences with having tongue twitches for a long time with no other symptoms and they were okay? I’m going crazy here and really fearful of my life.

Tounge twitching. Scared

Hello everyone. I am a 32 year of female. I started having tounge twitching in January and since then it has come and gone and I also have weird other tounge symptoms such as tingling feelings or just a feeling like my tounge feels wrong in my mouth. I have a few random body twitches too. I have no other symptoms but I’m so fearful of bulbar als because of the tounge feelings. Does anyone have thoughts? Would I have more symptoms by now?

Thanks. Just scared.
