Pace RC529

Hey guys just wanted to show you my do it all bike. I do Bikepacking on it as well as Hometrails and the occasional Bikepark visit even in the Alps. Fast and fun as heck :)
I own a Freeride fully and a monstergravel as well but this bike really is the jack of all trades and I see myself always coming back to it.
Cheers

Short quilt causes lack of warmth - tips?

Hi Folks,
I went hammock camping for the third time and Night in the Italian alps. It was windy just below the tree like and an awesome view of the little village and stars.
However as you can see I use the western mountaineering slinglite quilt and it’s kinda shortish for my 6.4 or 192cm.
I bought it because it is so damn light and packs really small.
I use a foot pad to adjust it to m length.
This only works mid - I have to lay perfectly and adjust the quilt on the centimeter to not break the barrier of warmth.
Do you guys have any tips on how to be more comfortable?
I also own a bigger synthetic cocoon quilt but wann keep it light because I will ride the trans verdon on a Mountainbike in a few days with this setup
Thanks in advance

Pace RC 529 Brake Judder

Hi everyone,

I’m starting to get a bit desperate here. My Pace RC529 starts vibrating massively whenever I pull the rear brake.

I’ve already tried almost everything: loosened all bolts, applied Loctite, replaced the derailleur hanger, torqued all bolts to spec, realigned/tightened the brake caliper, cleaned the rotor, and even tested a new rotor and a completely new wheel—but the vibration just won't go away.

Does anyone have an idea of what else this could be? Could it simply be the frame or the Pace design itself? Even though there's no visible damage, I'm starting to suspect that some slight play has worked its way into the complex dropout/chainstay structure over time... Pace hasn't been very helpful regarding this issue, unfortunately.

Thanks a lot for any advice!

Connect cable issue

Hey guys how can I connect this cable with this port again? The fiddly cables won’t go inside the adapter. But it was connected before … any tips ?

Dropper post cable actuator reinstall - drop bars

Hey guys I wanna replace my cable shifter from a rival group set. I have the mechanical double tap cable connected to a dropper (which is Rad I feel like).
Now the shifter is broken and I need to install a new cable - but the barrel seems glued to the cable - do I cut it off? Does it loosen then? Is it proprietary? Do I need a whole new proprietary cable? I am a little lost here…
