Quick question about my 08 Prius coolant reservoir: how low can this actually get? I’m a little confused because the “LOW” marker is right under the reservoir split point, so I’m not sure how to read it correctly. I’d really appreciate any guidance on what the safe level should be.

It’s got 250k miles, but the engine runs like a charm and the AC and heat both work. It does need some work — rear suspension, headlights, roof liner, and door handles all need attention — but to me those are minor things. Overall, I’m happy with it and looking forward to bringing it back little by little.
