Buyer Refused Delivery. Please Help Me Do The Right Thing

So, a buyer purchased an item from me and after I had shipped it I got panicked message from him saying he had the wrong address on file and wanted to cancel the order so he could repurchase with the correct address. I would have been happy to do that if it hadn't already been shipped. The only recommendation I had for him, since it was shipped in an envelope, was to file a change of address form. He ended up refusing delivery and I got the package back, un tampered with. I would like to either offer him a refund minus costs, or if there's a legit way to do it, have him pay for shipping again and I can resend it. But, I believe to do this it has to be outside of ebay's domain. Would I just give my Venmo info?

PSA Fraudulent Convoy Site

As I'm sure many of you are aware, our beloved Convoylight.com is being phished. The version (www dot convoyledlight dot com) is a scam and has apparently been reported since there is a warning when the url is entered.

However, convoyLEDlight.com (without the www) still leads directly to the fraudsters site. I just reported this to Google. I'm not sure how this stuff works, but I imagine the more people who report it will increase the likelihood of something being done.

Simon is aware but is unsure how to address it.

Convoy 46950-Am I Doing This Right?

OK, so I finally got my order of EVE 46950 batteries. I've never done this transition before, so after doing what research I could, I wanted to run it by y'all to see if I'm doing this right. I've labeled everything as clearly as possible, so if anyone else is hoping to glean similar info, they can follow along as well.

I'm adding the 46950 to my 3X21E.

- I haven't tested anything. I want to be sure I've got everything how it needs to be before I assemble it.

- I have read that I will lose my 2nd (click-hold) turbo. Is this correct? If so, no biggie.

- I also still need to determine the correct length for the spring. I will also solder in a bypass with some romex, or whatever is recommended as the best option.

Thanks everyone, or hopefully someone, for your feedback!

Hi. I used to do quite a bit of selling several years ago. I just listed some new items recently. The first sale came today, and timing was such that I was able to get it shipped out within a couple hours of receiving the order. Typically a good thing. Shortly afterward, I got a panicked email from the buyer that he wants to cancel, then reorder because he needs it sent to a different address. I looked in to Package Intercept, but it's $20, and unless I did something wrong, I'm not willing to pay that. Plus, if I understand the policy correctly, changing the shipping address would void the seller protection from ebay. I don't believe I'm obligated to do anything, but I feel bad, and I'd like to do something if possible. I told him that since it was shipped in a padded envelope, it would be included in a change of address form that he could fill out online or at the USPS. Is there anything else that can be done, or is that the best solution?

So, I found a sale too good to pass up for an Acebeam L35 V1, so I got 2. I've heard so many good things about this light I figured I'd better get one. I'd like to do a swap out on one of them. I'm still figuring out all the technicals of swapping, but from what I can see, the XHP70.3 hi 4kk is a pretty natural upgrade with little fuss. I love the idea of putting an LHP73B in it, but it's only 3V, where, i believe, the L35 requires 6V. Would it be difficult to convert the L35 to 3V? Are there any other emitters that would be a good match for the L35? I want to avoid any hint of green, and I'd like the most output possible. In this case, I'm not as concerned about hi cri, as I am about neutral, leaning warm and a good beam patter.
