Bit of an experiment this one, definitely needs good quality whole peanut butter with no additives, and a good quality roll. Worked well, will do again.
Virtually no protein yesterday (pub had no vegan option apart from side salad etc. etc. ). had dreams of tofu all night. I present; slabs of tofu on mixed vegetables stir-fried with pea protein powder and nutritional yeast. It hit the spot.
I've got a new team member joining our small team and I'm going to buy some treats for the office. I usually shop in Lidl but I don't really buy sweet food so I've got no idea what's available. I'm thinking something like flapjack bites or jam tarts. Any Lidl shoppers recommend anything? Ideally not too much chocolate as they'll melt in our hot office! I'll get some fresh fruit as well. Thanks
Someone commented on my last post (savoury PB tofu) that they would like to see a sweet/dessert version, so here we go. Silken tofu topped with half peanut butter, half chocolate peanut butter. Served with mini peanut butter pancakes and coconut yogurt with added protein powder .
Tofu with peanut butter and soy sauce. Tried a different type of Korean soft tofu I've not tried before, this was really good.
