Smoked at 200 to 120 internal in the thickest part, seared on the grill at 500 for 4 minutes each side.

It's surprisingly gargantuan
Got stuck for the first time in over a year (good record for the places they send me) wrecker said it was good I stopped trying to get unstuck when I did, or I would have ended up in the ditch and it would have been much worse to fix.

First post here. I got my first cheap upright electric smoker and I've been doing a ton of reading to learn how to do this right. I've had two unsuccessful smokes so far and I realized that I'm taking advice from people without knowing their situation.
Wrap the ribs don't wrap the ribs use a water pan don't use a water pan.
Can anyone give me specific advice on special smoking techniques for altitude? I've learned the water pan is extremely necessary the hard way and I don't want to keep ruining expensive meat. What are your rules and experiences for smoking at higher altitudes?
