Update on my purchase. Please, hear me out.

So I just took my car to a dealership, they found everything okay, no leaks, a couple of maintenance issues like cabin air filter that needs to be replaced, weak battery which I already experienced and some worn out control arm bushings. Nothing major. However, I did notice the car is covered in overspray. The more I looked, the more I found it. Now I know this is a "give it back" signal but, hear me out --- is any used car flawless? Just wondering if overspray is not necessarily a reason to return, which I am getting more and more inclined to do.

So, hear me out.

Bougth a very nice 2020 Honda Odyssey. Looks great, feels great. However, just today noticed there is paint overspray all around the car. Front, side doors, everywhere. Now I know this is a "give it back" situation. BUT --- hear me out --- is there any used car that is perfect? There are no reported accidents on the CarFax. I will definitely return, just wondering if someone decided not to return and found themselves in a "its just what it is" situation.

Car won't turn on after receiving it

I just got a beautiful Honda Odyssey and drove tested it a bit after drop off, however after getting back home and done some work meetings, went back to the car and now it won't turn on. Looks like a bad battery. Should I try to jump start it? Or consider a bad one and return it?

If you are thinking about swimming with your BIP6... Please. Don't.

Went on a family trip and read through the experiences with the BIP6 and decided to give it a try at the pool. It was a terrible idea.

Ended up with a bricked BIP6 with non-functioning buttons. To make matters worse, I had locked the watch before going in to the water so now I can't even unlock it. Oh well. Just a PSA for the group.

BIP Max - First Impressions

Just got my BIP Max and just wanted to share my thoughts:

  1. The watch is bulkier than the BIP 6. It does feel a bit heavier than the B6, nothing crazy, just bigger and heavier.

  2. The new interface is AWESOME. It has a lot of tweaks that make it a better user experience.

  3. I kind of prefer the round-ish form factor of the BIP 6, this one is square all-around with sharp edges on the corners, easy to damage with normal use. The screen is flat, with no roundness anywhere on the front.

  4. This watch DOES look and feel premium. Overall improvement from the BIP6.

  5. Screen is very good, does tend to collect more fingerprints than the BIP6.

  6. Performance is VERY good. The watch overall feels snappier and animations look very good.

Will keep playing with it but overall, this is a very nice upgrade from the BIP 6 into a more premium experience.
