Will PSA still ship upper assemblies to VA with the current regulations?

I use v-crown HP and in both mags the slide gets hung up. It’s a newer gun so the round count isn’t high

I’ve been watching them for a restock for a minute, am I missing them or are they gonna be out for a while?

I recently bought the 84bb from psa since it was a good deal but the only issue to me is the size of the slide and how smooth it is when I rack a round in.

Are there any aftermarket slides that have front serrations or should I just pull out the dremel and give it a shot?
