[Emerald] Junglers are unable to adapt

So here is an observation I made as a toplaner. I realized that at my elo (emerald) junglers are very often unable to adapt their pathing, especially early on, to the state of a game.

For example, I like to play aggressive in lane. Sometimes, at level one, I have a fight with my opponent and we both end up no flash/no ignite, 100hp left, at level 1. At this point the minions are still in the middle of the lane, but can even be pushing toward my tower, forcing the opposing top laner to move forward by a lot. Meanwhile, my jungle just finishes its gromp and gets level 2.

Usually at this moment of the game, no one warded the river yet, so this situation is basically a free kill for the jungle. Yet, despite signalling it (I'm not talking about a single game, this is a recurrent event), my jungle will usually go for its normal jungle path all the way down to botlane.

The argument he will tell me for not ganking when I was asking for is usually that he will be late on the other jgl. Yet, he does not realize the value this early gank would have given for the team. Best case, he takes the kill on a 100hp no f top laner. Worst case, he forces the enemy toplaner to move back, lose a ton of xp, and maybe even recall, which in a no-tp matchup gives a huge advantage to the other toplaner: me.

Another example is when you face a counter to your champ, or a champion that becomes tough to kill past level 6 (as a Singed player, Nasus is one of them for instance, but can also be kayle, a range top, etc). Here the jungler often does not understand that coming for a gank after level 8 is pointless. Usually they will say that "I had to do my clear", then later "the drake was up", etc, but this is exactly my point: you should have been there earlier. The drake spawns always at the same time, this is not a surprise.

Last, junglers do not face the consequences of their mistakes (at least not immediatly). When your jungle comes, tries a risky dive and trade kill with your laner, yes sure he gets the kill, you the assist, and you have some xp advantage building up, but if repeated and you do not get any kill (only assists), you will end up facing a 3/3 Darius that will brutalize you when you're still in 0/0/3. I think it is crucial that junglers (1) do not trade kill on your lane, and (2) share kills in case of repeated ganks so that you can take the lead on your lane.

So to conclude, I do not want to complain about me losing my lane and begging for help for my own mistakes. No, here I want to emphasize the fact that jungles do not see opportunities, and more importantly, do not understand what puts your laners in a good position for the rest of the game.

On the other hand, I acknowledge that sometimes the jungle solo-carry my game. Here I'm rather pointing out a specific problem they are sharing at my elo. On the other hand, the other roles, including top, are having their own demons to face (botlane I'm looking at you), but this one is the one that annoys me the most because it is the one that impacts my game the most.

What are your thoughts on this, except that I have a blatant skill issue?
