What delivery/courier service actually respects "Fragile" items in Pakistan? (Trax broke 7/10 parcels!

Hey everyone, looking for advice from fellow Pakistani e-commerce sellers or buyers who regularly deal with fragile items.

We run an online store selling fragile items and our current shipping situation is becoming a nightmare. Despite putting immense effort into our packaging—custom fit-to-shape thermocol/styrofoam, multiple layers of bubble wrap, heavy-duty cardboard boxes, and bright "FRAGILE" stickers—our parcels are still reaching customers completely smashed.

Here is our experience so far:

  • Trax: Absolutely terrible experience. They managed to break 7 out of 10 parcels despite being packed as described above. To make matters worse, they refused to issue any damage refunds. Their official argument was that they would "look at warehouse CCTV footage to identify if the package broke inside the warehouse." If it didn't break on camera in their warehouse, they won't take responsibility—which is completely nuts considering most damage happens during transit/handling!
  • Dot Logistics: Marginally better than Trax, but we are still getting unacceptable rates of breakage.

It feels like courier handlers in Pakistan just throw or drop boxes around regardless of fragile warnings.

For those running e-commerce businesses dealing with glassware, ceramics, decor, or electronics:

  1. Which courier/logistics service has worked best for you in terms of low breakage rates? (PostEx, CallCourier, TCS, Leopard, Rider, etc.?)
  2. Is there any courier that actually honours damage claims or offers proper transit insurance for fragile goods?
  3. Any specific packaging tricks that finally solved this issue for you?

Would appreciate any recommendations or shared experiences. Thanks!

Is it just me or is B2B SaaS client no-show rate way up right now?

Running a small GTM agency. Solid portfolio, real case studies, good outreach replies. But no-shows on booked calls are way up and people just go quiet instead of buying, even after seeming interested.

Is this happening to others right now or is it just me? Is this an industry wide thing or is some AI driven shift messing with how people buy right now?

Genuinely trying to figure out if I need to fix something on my end or if everyone's dealing with this.

Thanks

How reliable is Clay’s job opening signal?

Has anyone here had good results using Clay’s job opening/job signal?

I’ve tested it a few different ways. I tried a very controlled process with strict keywords, department-level filters, and tighter criteria. I also tried keeping the setup more loose to see if it would catch more useful results.

In both cases, the output has been pretty weak. A lot of the jobs it returns are outdated, already closed, or not active anymore. I’m also seeing totally irrelevant roles coming through, even after adjusting keywords and department settings.

For context, I’m trying to use job postings as a buying signal for outbound/GTM workflows, but so far I’m not getting enough signal quality to trust it.

Has anyone found a setup that actually works for this inside Clay?

Also open to trying other job data sources or signal providers that plug well into Clay. Curious what others are using for reliable hiring/job-posting signals.

Getting emails from xwf.google.com, legit Google rep or scam?

Got an email from someone claiming to be from "Google's Onboarding Team" offering a free 10-15 minute optimization session. Said they noticed my ads might be showing outside my intended targeting.

The email address is xwf.google.com the subdomain threw me off, looks real but feels off.

Anyone else getting these? Is xwf.google.com a legitimate Google domain or is this a phishing/scam attempt?

Help me find a luxury/family beach resorts near Karachi/coastal line with clean private beaches?

Looking for recommendations for good luxury resorts near Karachi for a family trip.

Main priority is the beach itself. Need somewhere with:
- Clean beach/water
- No bad smell or polluted area
- Safe for families
- Preferably private beach access
- Good rooms/service overall

Not looking for a party scene or overcrowded public beach setup.

Would appreciate honest suggestions from people who’ve actually stayed there recently. Also let me know which places are overrated or not worth the money.
