So the guy at best buy said it would be ready in 2 - 4 weeks to fix my switch but feel like that really ain't the truth. Anyone have their consoles sent to be fixed and actually not take the time they said it would take? (It has almost been three weeks since I gave them my switch 2)

Fire it takes three days to move my package from Miami to Orlando and then it stays in the same place for two days. My package was supposed to get to me by the 20th of june. Ik this happens to many people so what's the point of even continuing a company that you know most people in the US basically knows that people don't like you services.
I was supposed to get it on the 20th of June but they sent it to Miami and now it's in Orlando which are three hours part from each other. How does it take three days to move my package. And now I ain't even mad anymore tbh I am just disappointed in the service.
Gonna buy the switch 2 upgrade for it if I do buy it but don't know if I should actually buy a Zelda game as I never played one.
I already bought the kirby game but I want to know if sonic game is actually good and if I should actually buy the sonic game?
I bought fire emblem engage but played for the beginning and never played it again and regretted buying it since I was gonna buy another game the sixth I had.

If you haven't seen there are a bunch of games that are going to like 20 or 30 bucks on gamestop do I would check it out to see if they are near you.
