I guess they put trees on top of the green apartment buildings next to LSP. Perhaps to make up for all the trees they cut down next door recently. /s

But for real, I have a conspiracy that these buildings unintentionally lowered the rent in Communipaw. We were looking for a new apartment and noticed more options in our price range ($2800-3000) then a year ago. We toured a few places and the Aviva buildings were blocking the view of the Statue of Liberty. 🗽 (i refuse to call it scholars village)
