When I first watched this movie I thought Atharvaa would become a great actor who chooses great scripts. I don’t know if he was traumatized by this movies making and decided to take lighter scripts, but genuinely I was impressed by his acting in Paradesi, don’t think we’ll ever see a similar performance from him again

Jonathan David didn't have a good World Cup, that is as clear as day. However, this team is a lot worse off without him skill wise. The Skill gap between him and our other strikers is significant. He had a bad year in Serie A, a pretty bad career choice and he was out of form. He never found his footing and has shown he can't create for himself. However, it didn't take too long for Larin to find his footing after a move to Southhampton, there is nothing suggesting that David can't find his footing again with a move or just resetting. The discourse of him being a disgrace or not a good footballer is laughable. He's easily one of the best players we've had all time. He had a bad World Cup, but we need him to find his form cause there really is no one nearby to his talent. Promise David does look decent, but he still doesn't have the variety of David's skillset. Ideally we see both of them in form in the upcoming years, and when both are 29 and 28 respectively they're our quality starting strikers at WC 2030 with creative midfield talent like Flores and Kone as well.

What a player, and what a tournament he has had. We've had great showings from Laryea, Eustaquio, David (at times), LDF and a bunch of other guys have looked solid too, but Alistair Johnson has been a whole other level. I'm sure teams are taking notice, and I also know Celtics fans love him to death, cause he just plays like an absolute team first guy who puts everything on the line for the team. I've begin to grow a really close affinity to his play style watching Canada closely, and enough can't be said about how lucky we are to have him.

The film had a lot of issues. However, one glaring issue that I had is from the beginning Pradeep felt as a miscast in the movie. There were a lot of moments you could tell this is clearly not his comfort zone, and he has his limitations. He also doesn't have the looks for the movie. I hate to be that person that seems to put a man down for his looks. When the girl is portrayed a certain way, as Krithi Shetty was in the movie in an extremely "perfect" kind of look, the expectation would be that the hero is also portrayed in a groomed, conventionally good looking avatar. Dhanush, or perhaps even SK would've fit the role really well, and also would've dealt with the acting in a more confident manner. Or if you want to put the argument that Pradeep is how an average guy looks, have a girl that looks average as well (There is nothing wrong in looking average at all, but this clearly seems to be catering to the male fantasy if an average and ungroomed guy can just rizz up someone like that), I don't get this discrepancy, it sticks out like a sore thumb in a rom-com.
