With Brand New Day finally out, I thought it might be a good time to reflect back on one of the more touching moments from Tom Holland's run as Spider-Man

Some of the stories and allegories in this book are really confusing

Not sure if he brought the chocolates with him or if the whale swallowed them at some point.

To celebrate Season 2, I thought it'd be fun to remake the second Japanese opening of X-Men TAS using footage from 97

Thought some of you might get a kick out of it.

Went for a little photo tour of Paldea

Been on a bit of a photography kick recently IRL so I thought it might be fun to do a lap of Paldea and take some photos.

The photos were cropped to a 3:2 ratio (or 2:3 for the vertical ones) to mimic standard 35mm photo dimensions. Vertical photos were taken with the camera tilted 90 degrees so they're the same resolution.

I played the game on a Switch 2 but in handheld mode. Probably should have done it docked but this was a pretty impromptu thing.

I touched the photos up in post to give them a bit more visual flare, in case you're wondering.

Something I really like about SV's camera over traditional "photo modes" is that it is a camera. Everything's in real time and you have to find a location to manually line up a shot. You can't just free cam and get the perfect angle.

It'd be nice to get some more functionality in Winds and Waves like telephoto Zoom and maybe some basic depth of field settings. I think ZA might have had a zoom thinking about it.
