Is this enough sets / volume?

Started a new split because I was tired of FBEOD. With that I was feeling pretty spent and worked after the gym. Which cognitively was good for me. But with this new split I don’t get that. Not sure if I’m even doing enough now.
28 year old M. 5’9” 175lb.

Day 1 – Upper Strength (Push Focus)
• Bench Press – 4 × 3–6
• Pull-Ups – 4 × 4–8
• Overhead Press – 3 × 4–8
• Face Pulls – 3 × 15–20
• Estimated time: ~50 minutes
Day 2 – Lower Strength
• Back Squat – 3 × 3–5
• Weighted Lunges – 3 × 10–12
• Leg Curls – 3 × 12–15
• Calf Raises – 3 × 12–20
• Estimated time: ~50 minutes
Day 3 – Pull Hypertrophy
• Barbell Row – 3 × 5–8
• Seated Row – 3 × 10–12
• Lat Pulldown – 3 × 10–12
• Cable Curls – 3 × 10–15
• Estimated time: ~45–55 minutes
Day 4 – Push Hypertrophy
• Incline Dumbbell Press – 3 × 8–12
• Dumbbell Shoulder Press – 3 × 8–12
• Lateral Raises – 3 × 12–20
• Triceps Pushdowns – 3 × 10–15

Been running with GHK for about 6 months. Titrated from .5mg to 2mg daily. I quite literally do not feel or see any difference in my skin lol.

Anybody else not have any luck with this one?
