Left pec/nipple sensitivity and puffiness after high E2

Posted a couple days ago about my E2 running high. For context, I was on 250 mg test with total testosterone at 1740 and estradiol at 94. Dropped to 200 mg and my latest labs were 1320 total testosterone and 91 estradiol.

Up until now I really haven’t had any noticeable high-estrogen symptoms, but over the last couple days I’ve started noticing some sensitivity on my left pec around the nipple. It almost feels slightly numb/tingly at times, and that nipple/areola looks a little puffier than the right side.

I don’t feel an obvious hard lump directly underneath it, and there’s no significant pain, itching, or discharge. It’s mainly the sensitivity/strange sensation and puffiness that have me wondering if this could be the beginning of gyno.

For anyone who has dealt with early gyno symptoms, did yours start like this? Was it initially just one side? At what point did you actually feel a lump or know it was gyno versus just temporary puffiness from elevated E2?
Trying not to overreact and immediately crush my estrogen with an AI, but I also don’t want to ignore an early warning sign.

Estradiol at 91! Need E2 help.

Running 250 mg test, my total testosterone was 1740 and estradiol was 94.

I dropped the test to 200 mg and my latest labs came back at 1320 total testosterone and 91 estradiol.

I’m currently cutting and adding Anavar. For those who aromatize heavily, what have you found helps keep E2 under control without lowering the test dose further? I’d rather not crash my estrogen with an AI, but 91 still seems pretty high.

For what it’s worth, I’m not experiencing any of the common high-estrogen symptoms. No gyno symptoms, excessive water retention, mood issues, libido problems, etc. I feel good overall.

Curious what others have done in a similar situation and whether you treat based more on symptoms or the actual E2 number.

Var Pills Crumbling

Tried using my pill cutter to split these doses of Var (25mg) but each time it’s absolutely crumbling the pills.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Or should I just dose once daily?

Severe PIP out of nowhere with the same Test I’ve been using for months

I’ve been using the same testosterone for a few months now with zero issues. I inject twice a week (Monday/Thursday), rotating left and right glutes.

My routine hasn’t changed:
Same vial
1” 27g needle
Warm the vial before injecting
Inject slowly
Good sterile technique

Last Monday I pinned my right glute like normal. The injection itself was completely uneventful, but starting Tuesday I developed the worst PIP I’ve ever had. It’s now 4 days later and it’s still so painful I can barely sit down.
There’s no obvious redness, drainage, or anything that makes me immediately think infection—just intense deep soreness.
Has anyone had severe PIP randomly develop after months of using the exact same testosterone and injection routine? Any ideas what could cause it? Could I have just hit something, or is there something else I should be watching for?

Allergic Reaction to Tesa

Has anyone developed an allergic reaction to Tesamorelin after using it successfully for months?

A friend of mine has been taking Tesamorelin for several months with no issues. Same vendor, same batch, same bacteriostatic water he’s been using the entire time. He also uses the same BAC water for Retatrutide and has never had any reaction from that.

Over the last 3 weeks, he started getting progressively worse reactions after his Tesamorelin injections. It began as mild itching, then became more intense each time.
Most recently, within about 90 seconds of injecting, he developed:

Severe itching all over his body
Swelling/itching inside his mouth
Mild eye swelling
The reaction lasted around 45 minutes and then gradually resolved.

Has anyone experienced something similar with Tesamorelin? Can you suddenly develop an allergy to it after months of use, or could this point to something else going on?

Obviously he’s stopping the Tesamorelin and plans to talk to a medical professional, but I’m curious if anyone else has had a similar experience.

Started a new split because I was tired of FBEOD. With that I was feeling pretty spent and worked after the gym. Which cognitively was good for me. But with this new split I don’t get that. Not sure if I’m even doing enough now.

Been running with GHK for about 6 months. Titrated from .5mg to 2mg daily. I quite literally do not feel or see any difference in my skin lol.

Anybody else not have any luck with this one?
