I read some Steven Pinker and some of Yuval Noah Harrari's works. I'm only a casual reader and I want to learn more about behavioral psychology, psychology in general, and the idea that fulfilling basic human needs and having good habits is a key to a good mental wellbeing.

Regarding recommendations, I'm not entirely looking for a self help book, I never read any but I'm open to it. It also shouldn't be TOO dense and academic and still an enjoyable read.

It feels so intimidating asking these questions since I'm an outsider to this community and not involved in it academically. But I've grown a deep interest in just learning more about humans and psychology.

pref not filipino, as long as you know how to chat without soundin like a bot and know how to make money youre hired.

So I heard that having a tattoo on your hand or arm or neck could get you exempt.

I wanna get exempt to start traveling anyways. I decided I would wear a bandage whenever I meet my family lmaoo. Besides that I already go to a psychiatrist and thought that severe deppression COULD be enough to help maybe too?? (actually diagnosed)

I really don't want to waste a year of my life. I'm 21, making okay money online and I don't want to have a future here.

And can someone recommed/refer me to a clinic. How much would it cost and if possible. What's the most common process used in tunisian clinics.
