Does anyone know any actual scary movies? I liked Hereditary and Jane Doe a lot.

Like the ones that make you feel unsafe afterwards. I've been chasing this high for a bit. I've gotten it with A Dark Song, Hereditary, Martyrs, and The Autopsy of Jane Doe. I'm hoping someone can recommend some actual scary movie that will put me at unease. Regardless of the movie, I will be watching at night with no lights, alone.

Eden Lake

Promised myself I wouldn't watch it again, but here I am. Only this time with my mom. She's never seen it. Movie had me pissed last time. Great movie. Great writing. Great effects. Great pacing. Pissed me off. But here I go again. Wish me luck.

Figured I'd make this post so I can have discussion with everyone who's seen the movie. I'll give an update on my mom's reaction.

UPDATE

She was pissed off too. She thought it was too open-ended instead conclusive. I don't mind endings like that, but she prefers traditional endings. I was pissed because of the lack of catharsis.
