Anyone have experience with this plan? I'm currently on that (still kinda new) NYC PPO plan and it's been ok for my needs so far. But now with open enrollment coming up, I was noticing some of the perks and benefits look pretty interesting. Going to take some more time to decide since I'll be locked in for a year when I choose, but just wanted to get feedback from anyone who may have it.
I feel like I've tried everything under the sun to get this fixed and have went through multiple calls and chats.
For context, I'm on the legacy Total 5G unlimited plan that supposedly, according to the reps, has Trinidad as roaming eligible.
Tried restarting, taking out the physical SIM and putting it back in, making sure the APN is correct, selecting the network manually (which, interestingly, gives me an error stating the SIM card does not allow a connection to the network). At my wits end so I just bought an esim from another vendor. I filed a complaint, and someone got back to me saying they are "working on it on the back end".
Long story short, has anyone here had success with roaming in the Caribbean?
