Frustrated with limited 18oz Freesip Sway options

Does Owala just not care about the 18 ounce freesip sway? Their own website has only three color options (though I would rather not pay for shipping anyway) and same with Amazon. The Dicks closest to me has just one. Doesn’t look like it’s sold at Target or Paper Store at all. I am surprised and disappointed.

No need to sell me on other sizes or styles. I already have a few for different needs/scenarios/outings. I would like an 18oz Freesip Sway but not in the limited colors that are available.

Praising a God who “lets bad things happen to good people” question.

I am seeking some advice about talking to my 13yo. She doesn’t have strong faith unfortunately because our church attendance was very sporadic in her early years, although in more recent years we attend regularly and she’s halfway through the confirmation process.

Earlier this year we lost her cousin (11) in a freak accident. My kids were close with their cousin and this has really shaken our family. My daughter has started saying things like “why should she praise a god who kills kids?” and honestly I don’t blame her. I’m sure we’ve all had similar thoughts. But, I don’t know how to respond. As an adult, I know that it’s just part of life’s package. I understand that, maybe, there are reasons beyond our understanding. In my own moments of doubt, I eventually bounce back. My daughter is looking for an actual explanation though. Any advice on how to respond to these comments?

The 24 oz Twist seems so tall…

and I’m not sure I’ll get used to it! I don’t love twist offs, but I do love Owala and seltzers. I figured I would order the Twist to combine the best of both worlds. I know I could have checked the product info before ordering, but it just didn’t occur to me. Does anyone find the height cumbersome? Will I eventually get used to it? It is taller than my 30oz Sway due to the slim body. I am looking at the 18oz instead but it’s not on sale and it’s only maybe about an inch shorter.

Looking for a true crime podcast that doesn’t have graphic sex.

My daughter (12) and I like listening to podcasts together. She hears bits and pieces of the true crime podcasts that I listen to and wants one to listen to with me. I’m ok with her hearing something like “they slept together,” or “she was a virgin.” I don’t want anything more graphic than that though (ie: I just shut one down that mentioned a bj and a threesome- whoops!!). For example, we listed to Sweet Bobby last summer and that was a good comfort level for us. I don’t want anymore slip ups so came here for guidance. Thank you!

Edit: “True Crime,” does not automatically mean murder. Even the example I gave was not a podcast about a murder. However, she does know that death and bad people exist in this world. Any podcasts that do happen to involve murder, I compare to the way we had Unsolved Mysteries to watch when I was about the same age. I am ok and I think my kid will be ok.

Does anyone have experience with a field trip to Everwood Day Camp in Sharon? What kind of activities are there for a field trip?

Suggest me a book “with a sympathetic villain.”

I’m not really sure what this means, but for the month of June in my state’s reading challenge, I need a book with a sympathetic villain. Any ideas?

An old picture book about a house who get fed up with the mess in it, and all the belongings in it started to run away?

Read in the 80s. Thank you!

I know (I think??) we don’t pray to her or the saints, but is there anything wrong with honoring her (or any other saint I guess) by wearing one of the medallion necklaces I always see around?
