Was it just a deer? Skit

Hey everyone I’m an actor/filmmaker/writer. Here’s a recent skit I made with a friend. Hope you enjoy. The dead pan comedy is really fun to play around with. Do you think he killed a deer or what?

I have action footage that needs editing but I don’t have time. Anyone interested in a collab?

I have this action scene footage that I unfortunately don’t have the time to sit down and give it the edit it deserves. Should be about a 1.5 minute video.

If anyone’s interested in using it for their portfolio or collab post on YouTube/instagram. My social is @thisischrisoakes

It’s just a fun little test scene inspired by mission impossible

Feel free to reach out with any questions about the footage intention if needed./ I’m always happy to do voiceovers if you need it.

Any editors interested in editing an action scene? Keep it for your reel/portfolio

I filmed this footage with my friend a couple weeks ago and unfortunately due to time constraints of being a dad and with work I cannot find the time to sit down and go through the edit. If anyone’s interested in editing it, I’d appreciate it so much and you can use on your portfolio. We can do a collab post on YouTube/ socials ect.

Scene is inspired by mission impossible obviously, but stylistically I was going for the crane chase in casino royale. My insta is @thisischrisoakes

Opinions on my acting class scene "Queens Gambit"

I'm looking for your thoughts on my performance in acting class this week. The scene is from "the queens gambit". This is the 4th saturday from my first acting class i've done. It was the first time i felt i was able to almost fully relax in a scene and control my performance and felt i was actively listening. To be self critical i think i was looking off into nowhere too much. Any opinions/advice are greatly welcomed. Learning dialogue is the main muscle im focusing on at the moment as i am someone who needs to drill it over and over and over. The second half of this scene though was easy to memorize as my partners lines prompted my responses very easily. My ultimate goal at the moment is to get on shows like boston blue, law and order filming here in Toronto. Pro Actors Lab is a fantastic place to train.

My homage to Fight club I’m an actor/filmmaker. I thought people may get a kick out of this.

I’ve always loved the atmosphere of fight club so I decided to take a risk and try my hand at remaking some scenes from a different perspective.

Demo Reel Advice/Feedback!

None of the projects I’ve been in are released yet, so I made a demo reel out of my own projects. What’s your opinion?
