Producers James Harris and Mark Lane are accused by fellow producer Leonora Ann Darby of making compensation promises that they did not keep when the Curry Barker feature became a massive hit.

Low-cost horror movie "Obsession" from first-time director Curry Barker is on track to become one of the most profitable films of all time, with the cinema sensation piling up global revenues of more than $400 million.
"In terms of the ratio between the worldwide box office and the production budget, 'Obsession' is going to be the biggest success of all time, which is extraordinary," Bruce Nash, founder of industry-tracking website The Numbers, told AFP.

It would have been interesting if Curry Baker went the regular route and chose the film to >!just cut to black, let the credits roll with a different song in the background.!<
I think having “Obsession” by Animotion would have been interesting but tbh >!the ending of this film and its unique credits with Nikki crying and wailing in the background was very unsettling and eerie!<.

Jason Blum and James Wan are attached as producers for Blumhouse and Atomic Monster.
Get used to seeing them in more projects/films soon and in the future. Awesome performance by all of them in this film. They deserve all the success, attention, awards and love coming their way.
