I got some results back from the allergist. I have POTS/dysautonomic symptoms including flushing. Luckily when I saw the allergist, I was flushing at the time and the sample was from about 45-60 minutes after. My PGD2 is very elevated, but its metabolite and tryptase are within a normal range. Has anyone else had these sorts of results?

So I want to start an etsy storefront. I have some shoes already as examples, and they have fairly detailed designs. I see a wide range in pricing for custom pairs on Etsy so it's hard to tell what I should do.

I've tried paint markers, but they can be used for certain paints. I can do a pretty good job at clean lines with a brush, but it's extremely tedious and slow. Both are limited in how small of a line you can reliably paint. I was wondering today if there were some kind of paint dispenser that uses syringes and small tips for them to apply paint. Anyone have any experience with something like this?

I was curious if anyone else has tried this for MCAS symptoms?

Holy hell if I stand up for too long or even just sit up for too long, I feel like I'm going to vomit. I have barely got anything done this week. I've been taking all my normal meds for this as well as meclazine, but to no avail so I'm looking for anything to help.

My ankles are screaming and super stiff. My heart rate is all over the place. I have a to-do list that might as well be Everest right now. I have spent the majority of the last two days in bed because I pushed myself too hard the previous week. I am just so tired of this.

I'm going through a flare up right now and my partner is just giving me crap while also asking me to get a number of things done. It's hot. I'm stressed out. My body is giving up, and I am in pain constantly. This is just a post to vent even if it gets down voted. I'm just so fucking tired, and the person I hope would have my back doesn't.
